Using ArtRage on a Surface Pro to create some digital art!, but this time in reverse!!!!

This started life as a pelican and I added some rim colour dodge to turn it into something else! If I am struggling for a background then I typically copy, duplicate the foreground scale up and move around a little to fit it in, works every time!
